Sky email hacked

Please help, making me ill, sky.com mail was hacked managed via sky to change pw but now all my emails in my in box have gone and no longer receiving any !  Am at my whits end! I'm no good with IT and don't understand a lot of the chat dialogue in this group x

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Thank you, unfortunate I only have access via my phone and am unable to access this way as I believe I need a desk top to use this route.  But appreciate you taking time to respond.

Any one able to explain in plain language why sky have been unable to help me get access into my  havked (sky.com) mail box? I cannot even re load it onto my phone as yahoo is not accepting either the old or new password! I don't have access to a desk top so am limited to what I can check - have I lost it and all the docs saved therein for ever?  This has all been very distressing for me.

Your mobile browser's desktop mode will allow you to do that.

Thanks every one - it took nearly 4 months to sort out with Sky having to contact Yahoo directly and then we're very helpful in helping me retrieve the email box (but no content!!) and secure it!  x
