Find out moreIf you do not have access to the phone number then all you can do is to call Sky and hope you get to someone that knows about this, there could be a 21 day wait in the process being followed through. Once it has been turned off you can then set it up again with your new phone number.

Personally, once you regain access to the account, I would recommend not setting up 2FA again, not until Sky give us a method of administering it. (which will probably be never)
