Thanks Mark.
also, interesting to see that about using for a business.
You'd think having 'sky.com' at the end of the business email would be good for Sky.
I'll keep trying.
Thanks again.

PLEASE HELP
A user in their 80s here and have been a customer of Sky for 24 years... yes 24 years.
Since having my email password hacked I've been unable to regain / reset my password and access my Sky Yahoo mail.
I've been on the phone with Sky for over 6 hours now across 4 support calls. Been directed to Yahoo who refuse to help as the email is @Sky.com.
Finally today after 90 minutes on the phone with Sky support, clearing cache, cookies, different browsers and machines etc etc we're told - sorry we can't do anything else to help.
We are meant to just start over and go elsewhere with email after using email with Sky for years. What a great way to leave your customer high and dry, we can't even set up a email forwarding and are just meant to start again.
This email is being used to contact surgeons, doctors and family which is critical to someone in their 80s and not even being able to access and forward mail to a new account is outrgaeous, Sky should be ashamed.
We've now made a complaint with the complaint ID of 'three, six, five, two, three, nine, three, three, eight, four' (not allowed to post numbers here, great!).
Posting here is case by some miracle someone at Sky can actually help.

I'm sorry you're having difficulties. I'm not clear exactly what the issue is. What happens when you try to log in here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email ?

Tried logging in on that URL. Also tried loggin into SkyID then clicking the Yahoo Mail link from the account area. Also treid logging in directly with Yahoo mail URL.
Also tried Yahoo sign in helper, Sky have tried refreshing the whole account, changing passwords etc.
Everytime regardless of the approach or method we get a:
"Uh - oh..."
"We can't sign you in at the moment. Please try again in a while"

No not using a VPN and in the UK.
No changes to our set up whatsoever. Password was hacked and since then not been able to access at all.
Seemingly no matter what Sky do they are unable to help. Tried resetting account, adding a new recovery email and still ultimately ends with the same error message, which they believe is a 'Yahoo issue'. Just a joke as Yahoo won't discuss it as it is a Sky email.
Pathetic response from Sky. Should make a proactive approach to get people off these emails addresses if they aren't going to support customers appropriately.

To an extent they are. They haven't allowed new Sky Yahoo Mail addresses for several years, so the service will wither on the vine over time. I'm guessing Sky would love to see it go.
It's most unusual for a Sky Yahoo Mail account to be hacked. Much more likely is that you were a victim of one of the multitude of scam emails that are always around, and unwittingly gave away your user credentials.
