I've recently upgraded my phone from an S21 to an S24 but I can't set up my @Sky.com emails for some reason. Can anyone help

It's just the email app on the home screen (it's a red icon with white envelope). It's the same on the old phone

Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

I think the issue is the password. If I log into my sky account which has a different user id it's not actually changing the @Sky.com password

Could you explain that a little better. Why would you expect logging into your Sky account would change your email password?

Find out morewhen setting up the account choose Yahoo & enter your sky email address & password, it then may ask you to confirm by signing into your account online. Once complete the account will be added automatically. If the password is rejected then you may need to create an app specific password which is used instead of the account password on the Samsung.
