I have just noticed that all emails I send show my email address but my husbands name as the sender. I've looked on both our Yahoo email accounts and neither are linked to each other. I've looked under my settings and it shows my name and not my husband's name. Where does this appear from and how can I change it?

Try logiing into your online email account here:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More settings > Mailboxes > Your Sky email address > Name
What name is shown here, if it is wrong try changing it and saving it.

How do you send your emails, doyou login to the Sky website or do you use a program like Outlook ?

Hi. Thank you but I don't have "more settings" under settings. There isn't any option to view mailboxes

More settings can be found at the bottom of the box that pops up or try this link:
https://mail.yahoo.com/d/settings/0?.partner=sky&.src=ym&reason=partner_domain
Then Mailboxes is on the left, then your Sky email account then name.

Thank you but I'm really not seeing anything. Maybe because I'm looking on my phone. I will try logging onto to my PC later today and see if that helps

Yes, it really needs to be done in a desktop browser. It is usually possible to put mobile browsers into "desktop mode", but everything becomes very small. (I'm not sure about iPhone's but it can be done on Android)

Perfect thank you so much. I have found the area by logging in on a PC and for some reason my husbnads email address was under send only emails.
