I am trying to set up a 2nd e mail address on my account. I started the process but the screen came up showing my old SKY ID
This is not my SKY ID. I haven't used that for a very long time. I no longer have a BT account since moving to SKY. MY CORRECT SKY ID IS, LWOrgan
Can you check and update all of my files wherever my SKY ID is used and correct please? Thanks.
Also can you tell me how to create a 2nd E Mail address please? Thanks

Sky no longer allow creation of new Sky Yahoo Mail addresses.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt isn't possible to set up extra Sky email addresses anymore if this is what you are tryig to do so you would need to set this up elsewhere if you require another email address, Gmail or Outlook.com are two alternatives.
To update your email address just login here and change it:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
If you are using a different Sky ID then make sure you are logging in with the correct Sky ID and not an old one.
