After solving my emails going to Archive ( via a filter) I now have my emails showing Sky NEW-VOICE plus my real address.
How do I get rid of it?

Login to your online account:
https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make a change then logout and change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification
If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.

Eventually I found where the 'SKY NEW-VOICE ' was stored and could remove it !
Not the faintest idea how it got there.

I had used the 6 numbers second proof for ages, and changed my password, which I have done again.
It all started when SKY bless'em decided they would ignore my email use every day for years, and repeated sign-ons which was supposed to stop threatened account deletion.
All my incoming mail went to Archive which I didn't pick up on for 3 days....
Filters gone amok!

@sky+at+last it does sound like unauthorised access. It's something a scammer would do. Did you reset your password, as suggested?

Did you also find some filters had been setup that you did not create because if so that along with this New Voice issue does suggest that somebody has access to your email account.
