My Sky email account recently was hacked with spam. I changed all the passwords which stoped the spam. However i am not receiving all mail? Its hard to know how much i am missing but would say 80% down.
Also not every email i send is getting there? This has improved and about 95% now however i dont get the reply.
They not in spam, i dont get not delivered etc
Any ideas please?

If an unauthorised person has had access to your email, check for any filters etc that may have been set up.
