When I try to log into my sky account I am presented with the wrong email. When I try to change it to the correct one it says already in use

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your wrong email address appears in the username box then to delete it clear your web browsers cache then you should be able to enter the correct username.

Can you clarify what you mean by presented with the wrong email? What is displayed on screen?
