Once again I do not receive a OTP to be able to get into my email account

I have an alternative g mail account in order to receive a code but I am not sure how to move on from the sky sign in procedure and beyond in order to reactivate my sky account. Any help would be of great assistance as I am lost without my sky. mail messages.

The Verification Code is sent by text to your mobile, rather than emailed.

Yes, I am aware of this but cannot understand why the coder doesn't reachmreach mobile no. which is registered as my poc!

It's separate from your contact details. You provide your mobile number when you first set up 2 step verification and a confirmatory code is sent to it immediately in order to complete the set up

 

If you're having problems you can deactivate 2 step log in by selecting the 'can't log in with code' link on the login page and entering your Recovery Code when prompted.

The problem with that is, that I cannot recall my recovery code either! I am just frustrated why the step 2 doesn't work.

If you didn't make a separate note of the Recovery Code as recommended when you set up 2 step login, I think you'll have to give Sky a call as advised here:
