I have also been locked out of my sky emails. I tried your link but get the same reply 'account locked'

Does it give you a number to call ?

It does. I have spent many hours talking to them over the last few months and not one of them has been able to help. I just go round and round in circles!! They do not know what is happening.or why the account has been locked. It was fine one day and locked the next!

Sadly, no. It sends the link to my email address which, of course, I cannot get to.

It should send the reset email to the recovery email address you have set up on your account and not the one that is locked.
