For some time now my wife and I have been experiencing problems accessing incoming email on Sky email accounts need help resolving this.
We access our email on a number of devices - Outlook 365 on PC, plus Android and iOS devices. All run up to date versions of software. We use IMAP to access our mails via the imap.tools.sky.com server. Our broadband is provided by Sky.
Quite regularly our devices are not able to contact the IMAP server. This happens on all devices. This can go on for hours at a time. When this happens other Internet services are fine. Please help us fix this problem.

I doubt it will make any difference, but you could try using the Yahoo servers instead.
imap.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
