Hacked

My e mail has been hacked, my contacts are all getting an suspicious e mail. I have changed my password and security question. Can someone from Sky investigate?

Nobody from Sky will investigate I'm afraid so I would do the following if you haven't already:

 

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

Then logout and change your password:

Check your email settings to make sure there's nothing added that's not familiar to you.

 

We're customers here, not Sky personnel. I'm not sure what Sky would investigate, in any event.

If you want to forward the email to abuse@sky,com they may investigate, but they won't report on their findings.
