When I try to look at my Sky Email I get the following. The mail server "imap.tools.sky.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. Server Code "Authenticationfailed" server message "Login Invalid Credentials.
I haven't altered any of my passwords so cannot understand why I am getting this. One problem if I have to change mt Password I can't remember what it is. I can access my emails by using Yahoo although that's not really satisfactory

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre you using the email app on an iphone or iPad because if you are then there is a known fault with the app and Sky email accounts so you could try using the Outlook email app instead or login here to access your emails:

Thanks for your speedy response, yes I am using the app on my iPhone and iPad. I will change to your suggested solution. I suppose at some stage Sky will correct this?

If a fix is to be carried out it would need to be done by Apple as it is their app but as this has been happening for quite a while now I can't see it happening anytime soon if at all.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou most likely either require an app specific password or to delete the account & set it up again by using Yahoo option, enter your Sky account details & you may be asked to verify the account by signing in online, once complete it will work.
