I can't get on my email because I don't have access to my old number for two step verification.

@Mik10 tap the 'can't log in with code' link and you'll be invited to enter your Recovery Code which will turn off 2 step verification.

if you didn't make a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you'll have to call and ask Sky to turn it off for you.
