I have not received emails since the 31st of January but I am able to send emails .

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and if there is anything there that you did not set up then remove them.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have to make any changes then logout and change your password:
