Hi, as of this morning I am unable to load the content of Sent & Received emails from 4th May 2023 until 31st December 2023 - the headers remain but I receive " we were unable to load this message " (on desktop) and " offline " (on mobile) messages when attempting to open the emails.
As per the above - I have attempted access via a mobile app and via on line login. All other emails, including those going back some years are intact.
Rebooting etc makes no difference.
I noticed the change today but it could have occurred in the past week as I reviewed an older email a few days back albeit how many days I cannot accurately recollect.
Other than viewing emails I have not been undertaking any admin actions eg clearing out old emails.
Might be a temporary glitch but any recovery is time critical given the horror stories I have read so any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for replies - pleased & very relieved to let you know the missing emails are again in view, however I haven't trawled through all of my back catalogue....
