Unable to open Emails on my IPhone

Hi, since changing to Sky Broadband I am having trouble with downloading my emails on my IPhone they struggle to open.  As soon as I go off Wi-Fi and onto 4G they open straight away 😩😩.  Any help would be appreciated 🙏

As you have only just joined Sky broadband, I assume the email address is not a Sky one.

If that is the case, just who is your email provider?
