I have a new iPhone and now when I access my emails I get the message:
Password Incorrect, enter the password for the IMAP account Sky'
ive entered my Sky email but the message keeps returning. There's no option to say forgotten password or reset password so I do t know what to do.
if I press cancel, I can access my emails but the message returns each time I open emails up.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe email app on Apple devices is known to through up errors like this so instead of using your usual password try generating a 16 digit one from here:

If that doesn't work either then try installing the Outlook app and using that instead.
