receipt of email from Sky that could be spam

I have received an email from: "info@takebackyourpower.net" with a subject heading "Your email delivery service".  Content of email states - "Sky Mail technical desk  has prevented the delivery of 40 new emails to your inbox
because it identified these messages as bulk.
You can review these here and choose what happens to them"

Is this a spam email?

@Linda-Broom  Is the email asking you to follow a link to login?

Does the email address you as Dear user or dear customer?

If any of these it's a Scam email designed to obtain your login details.

Mark as spam and delete.

I have a feeling it is a scam email. If you log in to your account are there any emails waiting to be downloaded?
Is there any sign in link within the email? If yes then hover your mouse over the link to see what the url actually is.
