Like checkers my Sky email on my Apple deviceshas been hacked by someone asking contacts in my account to buy Amazon vouchers for me me. Fortunately they recognised a hack and deleted.
Like Checkers my emails are now going to archive with slow download from the server.
I have tried to follow the advice but fall at the first hurdle as I cannot find "more settings" on my devices so cannot proceed further.
Help please.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Pep373 'More settings' is only visible if you log in using your browser, not the Mail app. You might find it in the Mail app if there's a 'desktop mode' (or similar) within its settings.
