Uploaded software update 15.5 onto my iPad this afternoon. Since then emails have not been uploaded from sky server . Message says account error : Sky Details - No password provided for "Sky". . Have logged onto Sky website and there are 2 new emails there so that how I know they are not uploading
Tried turning iPad off and on again, have double checked email settings and they seem to be unchanged so now stuck.
suggestions welcomed. Thanks

It could be that for whatever reason the password for your email account on your iPad has been removed, so on the iPad go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and enter your password in your email account.
If it will not take it then login here and generate a 16 digit one and enter this in the settings instead:
https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

I'm the same, tried deleting account and re installing and doing the password generator thing and still not working

mine did the same after update to 15.5 emails not loading to Ipad or Iphone.
could login using laptop using my password. change password server fails to connect.
I then used this option and generated 16 digit password. (Seems to be a one time access)
put into Ipad apple email app and it worked.
did the same for Iphone that also worked.
Went back to laptop and had to used my old password not the 16 digit one and got onto mail ok

I used the 16 digit generator and when yoyu go to settings - mail - accounts - there is no incomeing mail folder.... just an outgoing mail server
I've clicked on Advanced but that doesn't give me any options to enter a password either
