I have had a number of clients tell me they cant send emails to my sky account. They are just getting the attahed sent back to them? HELP!

Not receiving Emails can send ok

Yes they send ok, but when people try to reply they bounce!

As it is happening when they try to reply to you, is it possible the return address on your emails has been corrupted?

I'm having the same problem. I have 2 sky email addresses and they are both not recieving emails from my brother who has a gmail email address. He has had the same reply as the 1st post.

My husbands sky email account was hacked and blocked yesterday. We managed to get Sky to unblock however no he is not receiving any emails into his account. I have tried everything I can think of, does anyone have any suggestions please

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Suzwells what's the everything you've tried? Typically a hacker will set up a filter to divert incoming email to another email account or to the Junk or Trash folders.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.
Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address
And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
Then logout and change your password:
https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/
