Emails being deleted/never arriving

I have had this problem for years with my sky email. Most get through, but some never even hit my inbox, even though I have seen proof they have been sent to rhe correct email address. It is so frustrating and I understand is a long known yahoo email problem. Has anyone had sucess with Sky getting it fixed? Thank you.

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

 

If you have had to make then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Are they ending up on your trash/junk/bin folders or are they nowhere to be seen ?

My email is going to my deleted box

My incomming email si going to my deleted box ,

 

i was hacked a few weeks ago and you  retreved my account , now  all incomming mail goes into my deleted box.

Do you access your emails online or do you use an app or a program like Outlook or both ?

And you have no filters setup that could be causing this to happen ?

This has just started to happen to me in the last few days.

 

Has anyone been able to resolve this for you and recover the emails which have never arrived?

Have you checked for a filter that might be causing this? See previous replies.

I access them online, on the iphone mail app and also Outlook app. And they are not present in any of them, notlr any associated folders
