I have been using outlook through Office 365 for sometime. This is connected to my sky email account using IMAP. I cannot see my spam folder in Outlook. It does exist in my Sky email account. looking at the folders synchronised in Outlook with my sky emails I cannot see the spam folder. How do I ensure IMAP includes my sky spam folder when synchronising?

Hi Caesarome, Yes I can see the trash folder and about 14 other folders carried over from my service provider but no Spam or Junk folder.

Caesarome, I have noticed a Folder called BULK. Do you know what this IS?

I think Bulk mail is an Outlook thing. I have the Bulk folder too in Outlook 2019. Never seen anything in it, though. I use POP rather than IMAP so it's not synchronised.

Norton is the only protection used. Having looked at the content of the BULK folder it appeas to be the same as the content of the SPAM folder on the Sky Yahoo email system. No idea why it would be carried over as BULK.
