I have just rang Sky and eventually spoke to a "human", he said It an issue that they are aware of, and it should be rectified in the next two days, and its affecting a lot of their customers.
Someone on another post on the same subject has phoned SKY who acknowledge that this Error Message is a known issue that will be resolved in the next two days.
Clearing the cache resolved the problem temporarily for me, but the error message eventually returned. As previously mentioned, this is a known issue by SKY who say this will be resolved in the next two days.
Clear your browsers cashe, close or down then load it up again.

All, I've added numerous posts to this existing thread, as they're all reporting the same problem. The temporary solution, pending a permanent fix from Sky is to clear your browser cache, as explained in the post marked as the Answer.
