Have you also tried closing down then loading up your browser again as well as making sure your Sky cookies are also deleted ?

Unable to log into my yahoo email account.comes up with message: an unknown error has occured

Try clearing your browsers cashe then close it down before loading it up again.

@CGrainger it works for everyone else so should be ok. Make sure you close all  sky.com websites before cleaning your browser cache. If you're still having problems, use a different browser.

it suddenly started working, before I tried your suggestions.

i think I need to move my email account!!

Have tried another browser, cleared cache, deleted cookies, deleted browsing history, switched on and off, updates done but still the same problem.  Looks like I will have to put my trust in SKY fixing it in the next couple of days.

Yes, done all that, didn't work. It's a SKY issue to be fixed in TWO days!

Yahoo mail

I cannot access my yahoo mail the screen displays an unknown error has occurred this is not specific to one device it happens regardless of what device I use

Hi there, just tried again and success, can now access my email and the app.

Didn't have to change anything, that was at 3.15pm 17th June .

Can't sign into email

I can't sign in either but if I swap to incognito mode I can access my emails. Hope this helps
