My email worked at lunchtime and has now gone,this is my primary email and used daily

I get an error message and a number to call which is just the general number.

On my 4th attempt at contacting them I got to speak to a person who says there has been an error and for me to give them 48 hours to reinstate my email.

If you are using a VPN try disabling it.

 

Also logout of here and try changing your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

Then try again to access your email account using this new password.

I've changed my password now and it just brings up my husbands, mine is not there

If you are using your sign in details then it should only take you to your account, so make sure your password is different to your husbands if they are the same.

Sky email account

I changed my broadband provider from Sky to EE.

Sky have now told me they are going to shut down my email address, as I haven't used it. 

However,  I use it everyday, multiple times. They say that in order to keep it, I just need to log in But I do this everyday. 

This is such a worry, I don't want to lose all my emails.

@Jay047 Sky say that if you log in via sky.com using your browser, rather than via an email app or a client like Outlook, your account won't be deleted.
