Cannot sign into my EXISTING Yahoo mail account - says ou can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail acco

I have an EXISTING Yahoo account but, since yeaterday, when I try and login a message says 

Sorry
You can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via Sky.
 
The chat and help messages do not resolve this issue.

How are you trying to log in? Can you log in here: www.sky.com/signin/email ?

 @elliot21 first try clearing your browser cache after closing any open Sky or Yahoo websites. Then try logging in again.

 

When did you last log in successfully via the Sky website (that is, not via an app)? That message may indicate that your Sky Yahoo Mail account has been closed because of inactivity.

Sky had previously said that a warning emails precedes am amount being suspended.

 

I very much doubt this week be fixed by clearing browser cache.
