A sent email and responded email have been delete in error on my account I need both sent and response from my sons head teacher. My trash can was empty when I tried to find this Wednesday even can you help
Is there a copy of this email along with your response in your Sent folder ?

No, that's gone too, I had an issue with the draft response deleted the draft and everything went, the initial email, head teachers response and the draft.. I went straight to my trash box and it was empty! Put a request in for Yahoo to restore my sky emails
