Email password

I have been signed out of my email, when I attempt to sign back in it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. 
when I try to change my password it asks me for a significant date, which I have never set before. 
I just want to re set my password so I can access my emails

@Jenningsmark that does suggest unauthorised access to your account. If there's no option to email you a password reset link, as an alternative to providing memorable information, you'll have to call, I'm afraid.

Are you typing in the password as opposed to entering what the browser has remembered for you ?

 

If you can not answer the significant date question you will have to call Sky to see if they can change it for you.

Strangely I have had the exact same thing today except I could remember the name of the first road I lived on to reset my password

@Andy6388 I'd suggest checking to make sure no changes have been made to your email settings.
