Sky email password problem

Twice in the last 3 days I have had to completely change my account password for sky. 

outlook and mail apps would not accept my current password and have had to reset it twice "

@Andrew+bow if it happens again, see if you get the same problem when logging in direct to Sky's server here, rether than via an email app: www.sky.com/signin/email

If you can log in ok via the link, the problem lies with the app you're using, not with your Sky email account.

@Andrew+bow you might need to use an app password, in place of your normal password when you log in via these apps. There's a link to the app password generator in Sky's help,guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app
