I’m trying to access my emails and I get account error no password provided I’ve been to mail account settings and entered the password but no luck.

This is for your iPad and iphone only as you can continue to use your usual password to login to your online Sky email account at Sky.com

I’m using the mail app on an iPad and also iPhone se .
I can get my emails via Sky .com but not via the app ?

Hi,
Same issues here. My sky email seems fine but my wife's, which is on a phone and a tablet comes up with an error prompting to input a password even though there is one which was working fine up until Monday. I have tried to reset through the sky app / website but it's telling me it doesn't recognise the email address? I have tried generating a new 16 digit password by same result. Any ideas?
