Having trouble accessing my sky/yahoo email

5CDAC482-E0C0-46B3-BCE5-4DA1BF104B8C.jpeg

When I try to access my emails I get an error photo attached. It says no password for this account but when I go to settings my password is populated. Had this issue before but it rectified itself after a day this is now 3 days. Any help would be much appreciated . Also you have asked me to tick a box that says email me if someone replies?!?

If you're using an app on a mobile, tablet, pc etc you probably just need to use an app password in place of your normal Sky password in the app's setup.

There's more about email access problems and a link to 'generate an app password' in Sky's help here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/problems-accessing-sky-mail-from-your-email-app

Have you updated the password in it to the one you have just generated ?
