You have blocked my mobile email account about 6-8 weeks ago. My laptop email is ok..you have diverted me to an alternative email acc which I dont want . Please reinstate my original email account with immediate effect as I am upset being pushed from pillar to post. Thx John

You are not talking to Sky as this is a community where customers of Sky help each other so we will try and help you if you can explain a bit clearer as to what is happening so are you saying you can not get logged in here:

@Johnchalk No one here would have blocked your email account. We are all customers on the community.
Have you tried removing the email account from your phone and adding it back in, clearly your email account hasn't been blocked otherwise you simply would not be able to access on your laptop.
There isn't anything tio reinstae as above.

Welcome to the Community. Just so you know, we're customers here. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post.
You only have one email account, your moblile and laptop accounts are the same. What error message are you seeing when you try to access Sky Yahoo Mail on your mobile, and what do you mean by diverting you to an alternative email account?.
