Dodgy email or true

Hi 

I keep getting an email saying if I don't update my settings via a link I will not be able to get my emails. Is it real or a scam ??

It's not genuine. The link will likely take you to a fake login page designed to capture your user identity and password. Mark,it as spam, but take no other action.
