@knowsnothing if your devices are connecting correctly to other sites sounds like an issue with your email provider rather than your broadband service. If you are using Sky email we can move your post to the forum for Sky email service.

@knowsnothing there's a known intermittent problem with the built-in Mail app, if you're using it. You may have the same problem again, at some point, unless and until Apple fix it.
