DNS failure on Skymail no access

I am denied access to my Skymail and have tried all tips and actions to resolve the problem .Now day 8 of an exhaustive process in

cluding  taking my phone to my mobile network and specialist.

It is a Sky issue and I need a humanoid to resolve it.Appreciate any assistance to access my mailbox.

We need more details of the problem to suggest a remedy. DNS failures suggest a networking issue.

This is the constant message response .

I cant get passed the mail login page after entering correct  information.I have used multiple devices and been in contact with Sk who have not resolved the issue after a further 48 hours which they requested ,now over 10 days with no connection ti my mail box.

Hugely dissapointing and time consuming.

Have you aeen this failure message before?

I really don't think that is a Sky problem at all.

What device and app are you using to access your email?

What URL is shown when that error occurs? 

What happens if you use this link for your login: https://sky.com/signin/email/?

If that is the message you see when trying to login to this link:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

And the device you are using is connected to your Wifi then try rebooting your broadband router at the mains.
