An unknown error has occurred each time i log in !! any help it was working today but no joy

I assume this is because of the hot weather affecting cables etc.Was fine until around 2pm today but seems to be affecting most of london and the south east according to outage website.Never seen this message before.Access to internet is fine but cannot access emails and all other sites are working ok.Thankyou.

Thankyou.Never seen a message they are upgrading their systems before so must be pretty serious.
Just have to be patient and wait until is sorted.

I agree - I doubt it's anything to do with an update. I suspect that's just a generic message which is displayed when Sky are restarting or recovering back end systems.
