Emails disappeared

The vast majority of my sent emails have disappeared. I see the discussion thread. When will sky/yahoo provide a definitive response and resolution time line please?

I doubt they will, I'm afraid. There have been occasional reports of posts going missing for years. If they're missing when you log in to Sky Yahoo Mail via your browser amd you haven't kept a backup copy, they're unfortunately probably gone for good.

Probably never as it is up to you to ake sure you back these emails up as emails going missing does happen with Yahoo I'm afraid.
