Just keep using the link provided as that is the easiest way to access the account.

Re: Account error

Mines doing this daily. I keep removing the sky email from my phone then adding it again. It's ok for that day or so then an error will happen. It's very frustrating.

Re: Account error

Yes, this is frustrating in the extreme. Borked again this morning from before 0900 this morning. Is that timing the same for everyone?

Using Yahoo email in a browser is a sub optimal solution though obviously good for Yahoo.

There is something going on between my iPhone and Yahoo and I'm not convinced it's necessarily down to Apple. The issue is intermittent but nothing is changing on my iPhone.

Anyway, they need to get their collective fingers out - using Yahoo's webmail (or indeed their app) is not what I want. I want to keep all of my email accounts in Apple mail and I want to keep all emails and attachments on my phone. Just as it has been up until now.

Haven't seen any reports of an update from Apple, as yet.

It isn't between the iPhone and Yahoo, it's between the Apple Mail app and Yahoo. Other apps apparently work fine on the iPhone. Try using Outlook, and see if it works. (I don't have an iPhone so can't test for myself)

Re: Account error

Sky have sent me a new booster.

I downloaded the yahoo app so when I can't get my emails the normal way I use that. Not ideal but I can get them.

Re: Account error

I update both iPhone and iPad every time an update is available. Currently on iOS 17.2.1.

You mean the Apple Mail app? Yes, I believe so.

Just use one of the alternatives suggested to access your email.

@kath1234

As you seem to  have proved, by being able to use other apps without problems, the fault is with the Apple app.

So perhaps you would be better off complaining there.
