Access denied 288

Unable to access sky email from lap top but okay from I pad. Contacted sky more than six times but they can't resolve it.

The error indicates an issue with your public IP address - probably in the past, and nothing to do with you. Try turning off your broadband router for 30 minutes or so. That should result in your broadband connection being assigned a new public IP address.

i tried that but still nothing. Wouldn't you think that the technical department would sort it out.
