Unable to access sky email from lap top but okay from I pad. Contacted sky more than six times but they can't resolve it.

Try turning off your broadband router for 30 minutes or so. That should result in your broadband connection being assigned a new public IP address.

i tried that but still nothing. Wouldn't you think that the technical department would sort it out.
