How do you sop getting emails you have not signed up for getting 28a day

All you can do is to keep marking them as spam as there is nothing more you can do other than to setup a new email account somewhere else and use that instead.

If they are spam emails then mark each one as spam so the system should learn and keep them out of your inbox after a while.
