Hi, I just need some general advice, I am constantly having long delays when trying to browsing internet or opening apps.
I have tried to restart router and devices.
I don't want to try wired connection o'r any technical things. (no good when my bedroom is 3 floors up from router 😜
I have a broadband boost on middle floor.
I have no idea about speed pings, I have read many posts Yes my line speed coming in is great and and speedtest apps ain't accurate etc.
thank you 😁

Do you have the same issue when using mobile data, rather than wifi?

Have you tried clearing all the junk from the device, deleting history etc.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour tests & stats look fine. Are you running the speedtests on the device that you are having trouble browsing with? If so this suggests the problem is more to do with the performance of the device or the site you are browsing as your speeds as good.
