Hi, I just need some general advice, I am constantly having long delays when trying to browsing internet or opening apps.

I have tried to restart router and devices.

I don't want to try wired connection o'r any technical things. (no good when my bedroom is 3 floors up from router 😜

I have a broadband boost on middle floor.

I have no idea about speed pings, I have read many posts Yes my line speed coming in is great and and speedtest apps ain't accurate etc.

thank you 😁

@evs1945   Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

On that connection, over wifi your speeds are not bad at all!

Do you have the same issue when using mobile data, rather than wifi?

@evs1945  It does not necessarily mean it's your speed, it could be the device itself.

Have  you tried clearing all the junk from the device, deleting history etc.

Your tests & stats look fine. Are you running the speedtests on the device that you are having trouble browsing with? If so this suggests the problem is more to do with the performance of the device or the site you are browsing as your speeds as good.
