Hi

I have been trying to change the password for my wi-fi, followed all the instructions but all to no avail. Any help would be good

@No1Surfer Could you try this with the chrome browser please. Sky routers don''t seem to like Safari.

Hi It's a sky router (with sky Q) and I'm using Safari on macBook Pro 2020

I'm trying to change my password also but it's not working

@Peter990 at what stage is it failing? There is an issue with ios devices so if possible use a different device but if you have to use an iPhone or iPad use Chrome rather than Safari but it still may take multiple sttempts.
