I've recently had Sky Business broadband installed in my shop. I've also had a CCTV system installed. The CCTV is working but I cannot get it to connect to my Sky broadband (so I can connect my phone and view the CCTV when away from the shop). The settings on Sky show the CCTV device as a connected device but the CCTV settings are showing as offline. The CCTV is connected to the Sky hub via Ethernet. Sky can't offer any further help as the CCTV is third party so was wondering if anyone else had any similar issues and can offer some advice on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Wozzum this forum supports Sky's domestic wifi services and Sky business uses different set up and systems. However CCTV systems often need to have firewall ports opened so external contact can be established with the system. Talk to your supplier as to which ports their software required to be opened and forwarded. The instructions for doing this on Sky's domestic hubs are here no idea if they will work on your system.
