Internet dropping out most nights and getting annoyed now. Anyone else having issues.

Yes same problem. Resettled many times. Keep getting orange light on internet

So, 1st month with Sky, as soon as the first bill paid, no service, on the broadband or phone.

You have taken payment, sort it out, dont be a BT please.

@Whatever125 @Liz102 @Bali0987 @Emma+Jane31 loss of connection after 1am is normally due to maintainance or improvement of the network. Like overnight road works where systems need work they are taken.down in the early morning hours to inconvenience the fewest people.. There is nothing as customers you can do except live with it. Your systems should be back running now.
