who can help me to contact the customer centre? I am trying to do understand when is my activation date? It is said it is mentionedin the tracker or on the package. In it not on the package I have checked it properly. I can't check tracker because it is already delivered.
I am very suprised with this poor service from sky.

Your activation date should be in "your orders" in your my sky app or sky.com account

When you log onto sky.com look in the top right for the image of a head and shoulders if you click on your orders in the drop down menu it should tell you

I am sedning you the screenshot soe the step you asked me to do.
So I received my new broadband hub today. on the box it is mentioned not to install untill the activation date but nowhere on the box or anywhere it is mentioned when is the activation date? Hence I am stuck whether I should install the new hub box?

Thats unusual you normally get the hub up until the day before activatation
You would need to call sky on 150 from a sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on
08.185.00.27.3
Remove all the full stops

When clicked on the link you shared it display this message that you can see in the screenshot.
Helpline is so pathethic that no one can be contacted. Sky just want money no service. Anyway you are helping people and for free that means you are great guy hardly fond in this world anymore. I salute you. Such an irony a big organisation like Sky with plenty of money only interested in selling products and no service on other hand a great guy like you helping people.
