the password isn’t working to my wifi

i believe the password must have changed as the wifi has disconnected to all devices in the house and when entered back it says it's wring

@Zoe11 the most common cause for this is somebody with access to the hub has changed the password. You can simply reset the password back to its defaullt value. On Sky's black hubs press and hold inn the reset pin for up to 20 seconds until the power led flashes then release. On the white hubs press and hold inn the wps button for up to 30 seconds until the led starts flashing green. It is pretty much unknown for Sky hubs to spontaenously change password.

 

If you suspect someone has changed the password chsnge both the WiFi and asmin password to something only you know see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password but remember anyone with physical access to the hub can reset the values to the defaults.
